The photograph taken during their Antarctic exhibition on Jan. 5, 1911 by Herbert Ponting, is estimated to fetch 1,500 to 2,500 pounds ($2,336 to $3,893 and 1,789 to 2,982 euro) and the flag is expected to fetch 60,000 to 80,000 pounds ($93,443 to $124,591 and 71,568 to 95,424 euro).
