Catherine was shocked to see the Prince walk into the Grange Care Centre, to share a cream tea with her in an impromptu visit. He stayed for an hour, chatting with the great-grandmother about everything from cooking to the Queen's dress on her official birthday cards. Catherine complained about a picture of Britain's Queen Elizabeth II, wearing the same yellow outfit on each of the five cards she has received from her.
